Task Journeys & Value Map
I created the Wireframe for the PDP, Task Journeys and Customer Value Map for the new Leapp website (Pitch).
Leapp offers refurbished Apple products. To explore the consumer pains, gains & goals/tasks, we used the value proposition design approach during the google sprint. What are the biases on buying refurbished products? Biases concerning Leapp itself? By answering those questions, we can determine the goals/tasks for the online strategy. We concluded that two tasks were the most important. Buy for me, and buy for someone else. Based on that I created the sketch for the PDP (module based).
